Trainer Obligations
I will use my skills and knowledge to design you a safe effective workout programme that will take into account your goals, ability and exercise likes and dislikes.
I will coach you, motivate you and offer my advice and support to ensure you reach your goals.
I will aim to teach you how to become self sufficient at exercise so that when your goals have been reached you will be able to continue with your new lifestyle.
Clients Obligations
Your personal information will be kept in accordance to the data protection act. If i require furthur medical information from a practitioner, then the you must provide me with such details.
You must arrive on time to each session to ensure you get the full session each visit.
It is understood that to achieve desired results you must commit 100% to the programme.
You are required to wear appropriate clothing to each session.
Health Screening
All clients must complete a PAR-Q proir to commencing the exercise programme.
A letter of "medical clearance" may be required from your GP if there are any conditions that can effected by exercise.
I can not be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of any appointments.
Notice of less than 24 hours will incur the full cost of the booked session.
Emergency cancellations will be treated at my discretion.
Fee Charging Policy
Payment for the sessions must be made when sessions are booked, cheques are made payable to Richard Barnes.
Block bookings must be paid for in advance.
All monies payed are non-refundable
Sessions booked will expire if more than 3 months has elapsed from their sheduled finish date
